There's a bulletin board in the [vax86c.ualr...] tree in the Fall 1986
VAX SIG tapes which may be able to answer the recent request for
such a beastie...
	I haven't looked it over in too much detail, but it looks
generally similar to the ones I use now and then and seems pretty
complete.
	The fall '86 tapes are now out and available via DECUS
channels. If you want 'em via tree or LUG trees, bug your LUG librarian.
The DECUS library has a copy also, though it may not be available for
a little longer while they process it into their system.
