I am looking for a program which will create the .ARC type files such as
are now being used in the MICRO world.  We are maintaining a library or micro
programming on our system, and would like very much to be able to create .ARC
files which can be downloaded from our system and extracted on micros.
 
If you know where we can locate and obtain such a program, please send a
