I apologize for the multiple mailings of "Your file has been held"
messages from Listserv@CMUCCVMA.  We had a software problem following
the upgrade from VM 3.4 to 4.2.
 
It has been fixed and the mail is being processed even as we speak.
 
All Bitnet users who receive mail via CMUCCVMA have had a considerable
delay from this, and I apologize for that too.
