I would like to establish a common editor for all machines that I work with.
I have EMACS for my UNIX and MSDOS machines, but not the MicroVax running
VMS. Does anyone know of a binary version of EMACS (I don't have a C 
compiler) for VMS. Another alternative might be VI if it exists for VMS.
