        I was told by a guy at DEC that the problems that were fixed in VMS
V4.4 in the NODRIVER (asynchronus DECnet) were missing in version 4.5 of VMS
and therefore still has the same bugs that V4.3 of the driver.
 
        Does anyone know if this is true?  (If I have missed the discussion
on this I apologize for the extra mail.)  And does anybody know what these bugs
and any new ones in V4.5 of NODRIVER.
