         In addition to the incorrect item-list terminator in the manual
         for the $GETUAI/$SETUAI system services which was mentioned on the
         net a few days ago, there is a flag item code which is not
         mentioned in the manual. 
         
         Under the heading UAI$_FLAGS on page SYS-287 ($GETUAI), there
         should be an entry reading: 
         
         UAI$V_DISACNT - User's account is disabled
         
         and on page SYS-388 ($SETUAI), there should be an entry reading:
         
         UAI$V_DISACNT - Disable user's account
