I had someone ask me about the VMS utility CHECKSUM. Until that moment
I didn't even know it existed ! I've got the command verb definition
and it certainly exists in VMS V4.5 .
 
I'd be grateful if anyone could enlighten me as to what CHECKSUM
does, and what it is used for.
