I neglected to include an "old style" address for these people to use. Stargate.COM!stargate-query@seismo.css.gov or stargate-query%Stargate.COM@seismo.css.gov or cbosgd!stargate!stargate-query@seismo.css.gov should work nicely. If you have trouble with seismo, any RFC 976 forwarder can do nicely instead; a.cs.uiuc.edu and harvard.harvard.edu are two examples.
