In reply to my posting advertising my willingness to forward 
rec.arts.drwho to anybody interested, I received a request 
from Oberlin to forward the articles to a mailbox which would
post the articles on their machine (as they were not then 
getting a feed for the group.)

Apparently, their script has not been explicitly setting the
distribution to "local", and has been reposting articles to
the net.  I have informed their news guru of the problem, and
we shall be working it out.

In the mean time, the feed is off until the problem is rectified.
I apologise for any inconvenience.
