In response to my offer to forward Doctor
Who to any interested people or site, I received a reply from Oberlin
College.  They had not established a news feed, but wanted me to mail 
the newsgroup to them and they'd post it automatically at their site.

Unfortuneately, it appears that their script did not explicitly give
a local distribution, resulting in a series of articles reposted to
the rec.arts.drwho newsgroup.

We are attempting to rectify this situation.  In the mean time, the
feed is cut off, pending the correction of the script at oberlin's end.

I apologize for the inconvenience.
