I'm trying to set up a local moderated group, and I'm finding the mechanism
extremely clumsy.  Posting the articles is no problem.  They end up in my
mailbox just fine, but adding the "Approved:" line and getting them back
into the news system is quite another thing.  Would someone with experience
as a moderator please post an explanation of the proper technique?  Thanks.
