Pluto has been off the net for a while, it's been back for two
weeks.

I have reason to believe that until today our mail was bounced
at phri because old map entries said we talked to them.  Since
it's easier to fix reality than representations thereof, I
re-established our link to phri.  There may have been earlier
bounces through pyrnj, that's fixed, too.
