The Ontario Northland Railway has been running coach service to Moosonee
longer than anybody can remember.  My 2.5-year-old railway guide says
that the Polar Bear Express (Cochrane--Moosonee) runs 6 days a week from
late June to early September.  You get from Toronto to Cochrane on the
Northland, a night train.
