Remember that the Canadian name keepers are going to have expenses too --
if nothing else, it's not safe to rely on volunteer labor indefinitely as
the workload rises -- so Canadian registration might end up costing money
too.  There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch.

It'll have to be .CAN for the national domain, since some presumptuous folks
out on the west coast have already used CDN for one particular network.
