In the continuing saga of the Text to Speech boards. B.G. Micro of Dallas
Texas sells a pre-assembled board that has a built in serial port and
speaker. It is $89. Their number is (214) 271 5546 and their address is
P.O. Box 280298, Dallas, TX, 75228. This would be a good one for those
who would rather buy the prepackaged solution. Also it comes with a 
IBM PC floppy with some examples on it.
