We have no termcap entry for this terminal, so I use the vt100 entry. But some commands which work OK for a vt100 (or a PT220 with the vt100 termcap entry) behave strangely on the PT224. Basically, on the PT224, Emacs is executing the 'isearch-forward' command with the beginning of some string to search for, as if I had typed C-s followed by some other keys. (In fact, if I had really entered C-s, then the terminal would have intercepted it and entered a No-Scroll state ..) If you uses a PT224 and have a good termcap entry, could you please mail it to me ? If you know that the problem has nothing to do with termcap, could you please inform me about it ? Much thanks in advance. -- Philippe SCHNOEBELEN, LIFIA - IMAG, BP 68 UUCP : ...mcvax!imag!lifia!phs 38402 Saint Martin d'Heres, FRANCE "Algebraic symbols are used when you do not know what you are talking about."
