If you can find somewhere to ftp it from, or can cut a tape from someone's site, or UUCP it over, you're welcome to it. $150 == distribution costs. Of course, this means that if you can find someone who will pay you $5000 for a copy, you're welcome to sell it to them for that price. But it looks like you're on the internet. Why not ftp it from prep.ai.mit.edu or one of the other sites that keeps it available for anonymous ftp? Robert^Z
