Summary: 

I search a way not to have control-characters to be seen
when i work with emacs (emacs-gossling).
Here is the problem: when someone sends  me a mail with the mail service,
he may utilise the backspace ... but when i receive the letter under
emacs, i see all the control-characters and it is horrific.
I don't see a simple solution. Is there someone who can help me?
