I am trying to locate a computer based drafting or design program that
will meet as many of the following criteria as possible.(not in priority
order)

1. ability to do 2 or 3 dimensional object oriented drafting

2. ability to generate layouts of an object

3. ability to do square footage computations of material necessary to 
   construct the object.

4. have an open intermediate file structure, that would allow me to write my
   own postprocessor to do additional computations.

5. run on, or be portable to, a PC or other small machine.

The program I am looking for is to be used to design and layout reasonably
simple inflatable structures.
