I am looking for papers, manuals, and the like dealing with
NIAL (Nested Interactive Array Language), which apparently
bears a great resemblance to APL.  In particular, I'd like
to get my hands on:

	1. The Q'Nial Reference Manual, which came from
		Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario,
	2. A network address for the aforementioned Queen's
		University.
	3. Any comments from anyone out there who knows
		something about or has used NIAL.
