   For the last few months I've seen advertisements for Borland's
Turbo C, but I haven't been able to find anyone who has used
it.  Has Borland started distributing it?  If so, how does it
stack up against the rest of the market (eg. MS C, CTERP,
LATTICE C, AZTEC C).  If not, does anyone know why.
   If this has been discussed before, could someone point me
in the right direction (regarding reviews of the interpreters
and compilers).
