Two questions: (1) Can someone please tell me how to get an up-to-date
copy of the Fortran 8x proposal?  I have one dated January 1986. (2)
Can someone who HAS a copy of the most recent proposal tell me if it
is till true that an ALLOCATABLE actual argument must be matched by an
ALLOCATABLE dummy argument?
	Please e-mail me as I don't read this newsgroup;  besides,
nearly all of you must know the answers anyway :->.
