I'm looking for a Fortran style guide in the same vein as the "Indian
Hill C Style and Coding Standards".  While "The Elements of Programming
Style" by Kernighan and Plauger is good, it is a little to long.  I'm
looking for something more concise -- like the Indian Hill guide.

Anybody know of such a thing and is willing to send me a copy?
