	As expected I have been deluged with requests for OPS5. The OPS
	documentation indicated that it is verboten to send it to some
	countries. Would it be illegal to post it with a distribution of
	'na'. Dr. Forgy are you there? Please do not send me opinions. I am only
	interested in those, unlike myself, who know something about law. Thanks
	in advance.
