Many thanks to all who filled me on how to reach that site. My latest attempt
was returned, not with the usual "unknown node", but this time with "insuf-
ficient privilege", which may imply that this site is under federal email
restrictions. Hopefully, a query to the postmater at csbvax will get me
straightened out once and for all.
