This may have been discussed before.  If it has, could some one direct me 
to a summary of the responses.

	There seem to be a few participating sites on USENET that
	are running VMS.  How are they doing this?  Are there ports
	of uucp and the news software that will run under VMS, or 
	are these sites making use of DECNET/ULTRIX to gain access
	to USENET?
