I have just received some information about their FastCACHE-287 speed up board for the IBM-PC. Also, has anybody ever increased the speed of their XPC by XOR (from MicroProducts Intnl)? Supposedly, for $449 you can put a 9 MHz 286 board in either your vanilla PC or even those nasty Turbo PC's. Supposedly, "because of its extreme flexibility, this board works with a number of computers that do not currently operate with other 80286 based accelerator board." For $599 you can put in a 12 MHz 286 board. Does anybody know of a less expensive company that offers about the same board for less $$$? Thanks. Reply to me, I will post anything interesting later.
