I had this show up on one of the PCs that I control.  I went digging around,
not for very long, but couldn't find anything funny.  BTW, answering yes
wouldn't have caused any trouble.

My cure for it was to completely back up the hard disk, yes that means
answering yes to the question.  After that I low-level formated the hard
disk, did the fdisk and the DOS format and then restored the data.  It
is still working just fine.
