Maybe time would be spent more productively coding that arguing over whether uucp or kermit is more efficient. Time might even be productively spent on working out a comport driver. Talk, Talk, talk... There are some assembler routines for managing a comport in the GNU release of uuslave (about 2 weeks ago) I've been looking at adapting them, but my machine language is weak. Anyone want to actually DO something ? Thanks, BTW, to the fellow who posted the /bin/test expr sources. One of the first postings that ain't all noise. --mjr() -- fnordfnordfnordfnordfnordfnordfnordfnordfnordfnordfnordfnordfnordfnordfnord ? - decuac -- osiris!mjranum \__ gouldsd!mjranum
