I am looking for a version of the simplex linear programming method
written in C.  I need it to solve rather large matrix games, so a version
that is set up to receive a payoff matrix as input would be ideal.
I noticed that there is a simplex program in "mod.sources.doc" and I
am going to check into that also.  If any of you computer aces out 
there know of other sources, or better yet can send or mail me a copy of the
program, I would be very grateful.
