Surely someone's already written this boy, and it would be a shame to
have to re-invent the wheel.

I want a prog which will take a C prog and produce an "nroff" input
file.  It might do some or all of the following:
	convert arrows such as in foo->bar to foo\(->bar
	highlight keywords, variable names, &c.
	insert .bp where it finds form-feeds
	spot nested comments & complain

Something that did only that would be nice; it would probably want a
package "tmac.c_pretty_printer_stuff" or equiv to take care of page
headers, subtitles, &c.  I put sub-titles on the same line as the
form feeds (typical line: "^L\t /* this is a sub-title */") and have
a simple-minded (and old and ugly) pretty-printer which spots them,
and I'd want to add this to whatever I got.

If you have such a beast, please let me know by email.  If it's OK
with you, I'll hack it to do the job we need here, and maybe even
post it if I get a lot of "me-too" requests.  In fact, those with
"me-too" requests might as well write to me here.
