I also have a library that allows a user to dynamically add and subtract Intuition messages desired, using ModifyIDCMP. My problem is that if the following happens: 1) ModifyIDCMP(window, MENUPICK) 2) Receive menu selections 3) ModifyIDCMP(window, NULL) -- don't want menu selection messages any more The thing guru's in ModifyIDCMP(). Is it trying to deallocate my UserPort and is unable to, or what? I found no hint in the Intuition manual that there would be a problem with this. Oh, it's under 1.1 (Until my Manx update arrives). As usual, any help is greatly appreciated. derek -- Abstract: Derek Zahn @ wisconsin Usenet: ...!{allegra,heurikon,ihnp4,seismo,sfwin,ucbvax}!uwvax!derek Arpa Internet: derek@rsch.wisc.edu
