If DPaint II can't reload it, then somehow the file got corrupted.  Check
the second longword in the file.  It should equal the filesize - 8.
If that's ok, then it's possible that one of the chunk headers is bad.
This would be fixable with a hex file editor such as Filezap.  Mail
me a hex dump (1 screenful only please) of the beginning of the file.
I just need till a bit past "BODY".  Also tell me the file size
(as shown with LIST).  If I see a problem, I'll tell you what to patch.

44505056 is the new Dpaint II perspective chunk DPPV ($44 $50 $50 $56 in ASCII)
Showall is apparently well-written enough to skip it, but likes to complain
about it. (IFF readers should skip all chunks they don't understand or
don't care about).
