I have placed 2 software orders with them. The service is quick (2nd-day Air shipping, if you pay $6 extra), and the people on the phone are very friendly and courteous. The prices are low. They have 2 phone numbers: an orders-only line, and a customer service line. The people at the customer service line are likeable and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that the folks on the orders-only line do not always know what VERSION of the software they have. When I ordered Manx C from them, I asked if it was version 3.40. They responded that they have the "latest" version. Of course, 3.20a arrived. One call to customer service, and it was explained that 3.40 had not been released yet. I consider that a sufficient explanation; however, I wish the person who took my order had told me the version number. Regardless, I give "Computer Best" a high rating!
