Someone in Europe was reportedly working on one, but I have yet to see it be submitted. You can, however, send SOS files using an Apple II and the ProDOS version of Kermit - it reads SOS files in the same way it does ProDOS files. The only other thing you could do (assuming you did not have one of Titan's ///+//e boards installed) would be to convert the SOS files to DOS 3.3 and try the DOS version of Kermit on the /// under ][+ emulation...
