A few people recommended Appleworks even though my friend has a ][+; she's certainly not anxious to spend $250, but if it's the best solution, it's the best solution. I know it can be done, but I'd like to hear from anyone who's doing it now about your experiences good, bad and indifferent. So: o What Appleworks/][+ program are you using? o What ramcard do you have in slot 0, and how much? o Are there any software or hardware assumptions in either the pre-boot or Appleworks itself? Currently, slots are filled with: 0 Microsoft 16K card 1 Generic printer card (text only) 2 Super serial card (Apple's) 3 Videx Videoterm 4 Mockingboard 5 AppleMouse 6 Disk ][ 7 Token empty slot for old times' sake Thanks again, Bob Soron -------
