Gosh, it depends on the code, Steve. Some programs will convert pretty easily,
but then there are those that make extensive use of, say, Dos 3.3 RWTS
routines. THEN you have a MAJOR proble--it is sometimes easier just to rewrite
the program entirely than to try to modify it a whole bunch.
