While snooping around the LISTSERV@CANADA01 server on Bitnet I came across
the missing AIM Help files and Spacewar 3.1.
The Spacewar UUE file that showed up had the curious substitution '^' ->
0x0BB.  Don't know how that happened but after reversing the substitution
a useable ARC appeared.
The AIM Help files answer a lot of questions, but I couldn't find a
description of the image file format.  Somebody already requested this
on the net, so I'll repeat the request for an AIM image description.
