I have some games and such that when they are run, basically set up their own screen environment. i.e. they reset colors and the programs basically manipulate all of the screen activities. This doesn't appear to be accomplished through the use of 'windows' since there are no v-sliders or h-sliders etc. Where does one go to start understanding how to have a program set up its' own environment? I want to be able to set colors, take input from menus written to the screen, move objects on the screen etc. I appreciate any help you could give me and thanks in advance, keith hedger
