I have noticed the following annoying behavior: while running some harmless utility from the csh, I hit the interrupt key (^?), and once out of about 30 times or so, the key is displayed on the screen as ^?, like it should be... and then displayed again, and again, ad infinitum! Meanwhile, no other terminals get response, including the console. The only way out of this is to restart the system. Has anyone else come across this problem? Is there a patch for it? (Sorry, if this is an old known bug.) Please mail replies to seismo!uwvax!uwmcsd1!uwmcsd4!mark (UUCP) and I will post the answer(s) if there is interest. _______________ {When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro!}
