Has anyone else used the Microsoft Overlay Manager?  Found any problems?
We've reached the point where we have to use it, and while the overlays
work fine for trivial programs, when we try to use it with the product
we are developing, we seem to go off into the weeds when the first call
is made to an overlaid function.
