I got a number of responses to my query for a Portable or Laptop
PC with EGA or Hercules built in.  They were:

1) There's no such animal.
2) Kaypro will have one.  Time estimates ranged from "later this year" to RSN.
3) The Toshiba T3100 does it.
	In fact, although it does have the resolution for at least
	Hercules, current implementations do not support anything but CGA.
