I looked at literature, magazine reviews, etc. on about 40 clones before choosing the Maxum. One surprise I had: I really liked the US made Atronics International mother board, but I could not find an Atronics dealer or rep in the Oregon/Washington area. The surprise was that the Maxum uses the Atronics mother board. So it was a very pleasent surprize. The Priam drives also recieve great reviews. So far I have found no incompatabilities that do not exist on other AT compatables running DOS 3.2. By the way PC magazine gave the Maxum 286-Turbo good praise and Editor's Choice in one of their Feb. issues.
