I hope that someone can help..

I need to be able to acces a dBase .DBF file from within a Turbo
Pascal file.  Right now, dBase III only and I know beforehand the
structure of the file, but I'd like to be able to have my Turbo
program look at the file and figure out a) if it's dBase II or III
and b) the structure present and work from there.  A tall order, no?

Any information you might have will of course be greatly appreciated.
