Most terminal packages for the PC do quite well using a vt100 termcap
entry. The following works smoothly with PROCOMM 2.4x, KERMIT 2.2x and
a host of non-specific, ANSI.SYS type communications programs.

It does contain a couple "non standard" entries:

	CB	Clear from beginning (as opposed to CD)
	BO	Bold Blink ON
	BE	Bold Blink OFF
