Doe anybody know of any program that will allow an IBM PC to emulate a
TDD device for the deaf?  SIMTEL20 has a file called TTYDEAF.ARC but it
does NOT tell me how to connect the phone line to the cassette interface.

If anyone can provide me with such information, it would be greatly
appreciated.
