MathWriter is written by Robert Cooke, who I believe teaches at
Cornell.  Presumably you could call Ithaca, get Cornell's info #,
and then ask them for Cooke's office -- but many people are not
comfortable with doing business in this way, since they are on
University time & using University property.  I'd just send USMail.
