When ImageWriter is selected, notice that the size of the ruler depends on
whether you selected Tall Adjusted in the print menu.  If you select it, you
get the same ruler size as with the LaserWriter.  I don't know why, either,
but it seems to have something to do with the aspect ratio of the characters.
