Does anyone out there have any GOOD references on how to write a printer
driver for the Macintosh?  I was looking in the hardbound edition of
Inside Mac but they seem to have removed the info on writing printer drivers
from it.

References to magazine articles or Apple publications would be appreciated.

Also, if anyone has >>source code<< for a printer driver or something like
one (like a spooler or print-to-screen previewer) that they would be willing
to send it would be amazingly helpful.
