I have come across two versions of the MacFortran 2.2 linker. They are
slightly different sizes. One, "link", is 49738 bytes with a creation
date of 11 Mar 86. The other is called "linker020" and is of size 48714
with a creation date of 2 January 04.
   Is there any difference between the two, and which one should I use?
